"This is the place you hope you’re booking when you book an all-inclusive resort. It’s beautiful, well-maintained, the rooms are spectacular, the balconies are large, palm trees everywhere, it’s quiet, has multiple pools, some hidden away in corners, the staff are excellent, the food is amazing, and there’s plenty of space on the beach to lounge. Every pair of loungers comes with a shade and a table for drinks. Servers come around routinely and the drinks are awesome. The restaurants themselves...

"The food, staff and overall experience was excellent. The hotel is very family oriented and our kids enjoyed the waterpark, pools and kids club. We found the rooms could use a bit of updating and some hallway noise was audible in our room. We found the pool lounger saving by the other guests annoying and wished that rule was enforced. However, these were minor issues and our stay was excellent overall."

"This resort is lovely. There was lots of natural spaces as well as abundant pools, beach space and loungers. We enjoyed and many bars around the resort. We loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere and really appreciated that the guest activities and entertainment in the evenings was in a courtyard that contained the party noise to the non-sleeping areas. We did find it hard to locate good coffee, but eventually found it 2 days before departure. Transport to the resort at arrival in Cancun was...
