"I really liked the property except for one thing. The beach was not on property . We had to ride on a small shuttle somewhere else if you wanted to go. Once you got there the beach had so much sargassum that you couldn't go in it. no one was cleaning it. There were two pools there that you could use but you had to pay 300 dollars to use them. Not ok if you had paid for an all inclusive package."

"The property and staff was great. I think the beds were full size, for 2 people (my teenager and I) was a bit too small. I also didn't like the fact that we had to pay 16% on the resort credits. Other than that it was a great trip."

Coffee and snacks were the best! The price and value gives you a bang for your buck. Also, you have access to the other two hotels if you desire a bit more options. "
