Todo se puede mejorar. El mobiliario parece de Hotel de paso y la habitación tenía un olor a cañería bastante fuerte. Inclusive los huéspedes que reciben son del tipo que te encontrarías en un Hotel de Tlalpan. El servicio de transportación al aeropuerto fue excelente.

The staff was amazing, starting with the young lady at the airport and the gentleman that picked us up from the airport. The staff at the front desk super helpful as my mom arrived a day earlier and was not familiar with the area. We will stay there again for sure.

nice hotel and close to airport. We stay there for long layover in mexico city. unfortuntely my room heating system was not working, it is new year eve and technician were off the work. i can tell they are trying to solve the problem. with extra blanket, we were able to have a warm new year eve sleep. one thing to point out is their name is not "grand prix" anymore, it is "weenjoy", so when you try to find their airport office, it is "weenjoy", we did not know that and ended up having a uber to get to hotel

It may have been the fastest check in Ive ever experienced. 1 minute maybe. Room is large TV 72" clean and neat. Sheets and bed are fantastic.

We were under the impression that the hotel offered Continental breakfast but They Do Not. We still had our breakfast there due to our flight schedule. The Breakfast was great! Excellent service. * 3 persons- 2 meals, 2 coffees some fruit - yoghurt and pan mexicano. $1,120.00 pesos. Excellent Shuttle Service!

Fatal experiencia.. llego mi vuelo y la oficina cerrrada para pedir el servicio de transporte.. llame al hotel y me dijeron que en 5 minutos, que saliera a la puerta 4, sin embargo pasaron 20 mins. Antes de reservar llame para preguntar el horario del restaurant porque no queria que mi hijo y yo nos quedaramos sin cena, me dijeron que no me preocupara que cerrarian a las 10, le pedi la opcion de que me fieran preparando la cena y que yo les transferia p me generaran un link de pago, me dijeron que no contaban con ese servicio, prro que a las 9 que aterrizaba mi vuelo llamara para que me fueran preparando, a las 7pm llamo mi esposo y le dijeron que ya habia cerrado el restaursbt, además de que los elevadores llenos de hongos, cuando haciamos el check in un huesped americano bajo a quejarse, el aire acondicionado en ocasiones funcionaba y luego se apagaba, rn la mañana tuve que pedir taxi porque el transporte iba lleno, trate de preguntar a recepción sonre el transporte y no funcionaba el telefono. Hace 1 año estuve ahi y todo estaba bien, pero el hotel y el servicio en general ha decaido, ya no regreso a ese hotel

I’m a repeat lodger & previous experiences have been 5 STARS. However, as a SOLO traveler for the 1st time ALONE & ARRIVING LATE in the evening, I called the hotel days before to confirm the complimentary airline shuttle. They told me to stand outside the airport between doors 3 & 4. I called to tell them I had arrived and as soon as they answered they asked me to hold, which I did for 15 minutes because they hung up. I called back 21 times( I have call records) and they no longer answered. A police officer helped to call on her phone and also do NOT answer. I immediately entered Expedia chat waiting for a live agent. Waiting on the chat agent to help me, I texted a friend with a Mexican number to please try to contact them. They finally answered and said to call back with what I was wearing and amount of luggage and stay outside between door 3 & 4 where the other shuttles pick up. My friend called them back w/ details. It was over 1 hr. waiting and told my friend no hotel shuttle had passed by. At this point my friend called me back and told me they have an office inside the airport & check in there instead. I told the WeEnjoy Employee that it was very scary thinking I didn’t have transportation and unorganized because I was standing where I was directed. She said it was my fault being confused because I should’ve checked in to the office. I said I called the previous day & followed their directions. Shuttle finally arrived and pick up location was a different spot
