Some things were made clear & others not upon check-in ( when was checkout? was breakfast included & where? someone who worked sevurity told us when/where, but we didn't realize until we finished eating that it would cost $75, we checked in 3pm & out around 10am but were charged $53:2x for parking? ) Honestly, it was a great stay & we'd probably stay there again, but just FYI on all these things!!! "

"We enjoyed the accessibility to the Prudential Center and the vast open spaces. The beautiful view during the day and at night from a high floor, and the heated swimming pool were a huge plus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton in Back Bay. We would do it again in a heart-beat."
