"The property is not disabled or family friendly. Only for backpackers. Literally just for people with backpacks, with no luggages, no wheelchair, no strollers. Don't be fooled by elevator note on their property details. Yes there is an elevator, but there ARE stairs at the lobby before you can get to the elevator. They have wheelchair lift but they said it is broken and we did not see them make an effort to fix it nor offer any help for the 3 nights we are in there. The faucet water is a joke. You turn it on just to get cold but the water is super hot, then sometimes super cold even you put it into hot. On the cleaning part, all they do is just change the bedsheets and towels. They don't vacuum or clean at all."

"The location of the hotel was good for my vacation plans. The train station stops at Copley square are walking distance to the hotel. I was able to walk to the museums and Fenway park from the hotel. The other direction I walked the freedom trail from the hotel. Room was small but had everything I needed. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, it had a refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A lot of restaurant options within walking distance. I would stay here again."

"Booked 5 mths before trip. Had booked a king suite with sofabed as it was my husband and our daughter with me. Upon arrival, they said they had bad news and reduced us down to king bed and rollaway bed. Also 100 sq feet less. They stated that they overbooked and first to arrive gets it. It was Marathon weekend and our daughter was running. We had no choice but to take the room they gave us"
