"Grat service "

"Rooms were fine, after much turmoil to get. The fact the hotel didn’t honor my paid reservation and had to”put me up” at the Langham for the first night was a blessing. The second night they again said I didn’t have a reservation and had fully refunded my stay (they didn’t) and that I was to stay at the Langham (they didn’t have rooms for the duration) was appalling. On check in the first night (me and 1 colleague) we asked for a drink from the bar as we waited for 2 hours in the lobby for a written note, the came to us with 1 single bottled beer and 4 glasses. Needles to say I will never stay at an Omni operated property ever again. Worst experience ever!"

"Great Hotel the rooms are small, we roomed in the luxury queen room. The technology is great it had a nice bathroom including a rain shower. It was pricey but it was nice and clean. The staff are very nice, and willing to help."
