「Nice place to be the conventional center!」

「I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. The stay was not as expected due to the following: 1- AC not working properly second night, room became too hot to sleep comfortable. Good thing it was fix the next day (after we reported it to the front desk) but we didn't sleep well for one night out of the three we...

「Strengths: Perfectly convenient location, with the subway stop literally at the front door and the Prudential shopping center right across the street. Staff service style ranges from politely friendly to quite casual. The Lobby Cafe provides complimentary coffee, bottled water, and packaged snacks, as part of the stay. Free newspaper and magazines to grab in the lobby. Heat/AC is actually manually adjustable. Lobby is nicely decorated and comfortable. WiFi works well. Beds and headboards...

「Not clean in the toilet and bathroom」

「Staff very helpful !」

「A great place to stay while in Boston, the hotel itself offers free breakfast which includes full breakfast and delicious meals in their French style restaurant, a lovely lobby to hangout and all day coffee/hot tea which becomes a great plus for the winter time in Boston. The front desk staff is all very friendly and helpful. The parking on site is 30 USD per night with in/out which is a wonderful deal comparing with other hotels in town charge you 50-60 USD per night. The room itself is very...
