「Staying at this hotel gives a special sense of nostalgia. I noticed that the furniture in the hallways and common areas has a strong historical feel, which I really like. The hotel is also very close to MIT, making it a convenient starting point for visiting the campus.」

「Our stay at Charlesgate Suites was lovely. The whole building was extremely clean and our room had all the basic necessities. The little espresso machine and pods were a nice surprise. It's about a 4 min walk to the green line station entrance, maybe 10 min to Fenway and 15 min to Newbury St. The street itself is beautiful, very "Boston" with all the multistory brownstones. I do wish there was a closer convenience store where you could get bottled waters and things. This is no fault of...

「服務貼心, 健身房設備完善, 位置方便 房間整潔有待加強, 入住時浴室備品只有浴帽, 其他的都是有盒子但是裡面並無用品 沐浴乳也明顯有人使用過, 只剩下一半 馬桶旁有用過的衛生紙沒有打掃」

「今次旅遊主要是參加波士頓馬拉松，酒店距離bag drop 大約步行5分鐘已經可以。落機去到酒店已是半夜12點幾，接待處職員非常有禮貌，而且好helpful，唯美中不足原來房間冇電熱水壺，職員亦都很樂意幫助給我熱水壺。直至第二日再找其他職員協助搵熱水，其中較高層人士見到我企在大堂內等候主動協助，除咗一兩個較為junior Staff前枱職員冇禮貌外，整體酒店員工服務態度良好。相信可能是溝通技巧需要學習。 如果參加馬拉松可以考慮這間酒店，因為確實就近Bag drop及乘座黃巴士處。」

「The location of the hotel is very good. There are all kinds of supporting facilities around. I especially like the park opposite. It has a beautiful environment and is very suitable for walking in the morning and evening. room service is also very good and the daily housekeeping service is very timely. Although there is no coffee machine in the room, the coffee service provided by the professional coffee shop from 6:30 in the morning allows us to taste higher quality coffee, which is great !」

「I and my husband came for the 128 Boston Marathon. My unit was in 41 St. Stephen Street. The location is very convenient with Symphony Station just round the corner. A short walk to Hynes Convention Centre and Marathon finish line. Whole Food Market is just 3 minutes walk and there are many nice restaurants around. Though in an old building, the unit appears recently renovated with marble kitchen table top, a big fridge, microwave, toaster and electric stove which is very efficient in cooking....
