"On-site parking in a garage under the hotel was very convenient. FYI clearance is listed as 6’ high so be mindful of that. I drive an suv and it fit fine. Very friendly, helpful staff. Room was a decent size for in a bigger city. It was a 16 minute walk to Fenway park, which is why we went there. Easy access back on to the mass pike as well. No frills, but comfy bed and clean/ well cared for. Will definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel gave more of the feel of a long term stay than true hotel. The hospitality and amenities were minimal at best. The majority of the rooms are not fully accessible as there is only one elevator in the front, but the hotel is extremely long. Be prepared to go upstairs, even if you have an accessible room. It was advertised that there’s a bar, but there is no full service bar in this hotel. It’s simply a counter that’s monitored by the front desk staff. When we first checked in, we got into our room late due to a delay in the cleaning services and upon entering the room, the carpets were soaked. They did not offer us a new room, but simply brought in fans which I was very disappointed with. All of the external doors that guests are supposed to be able to access to get into the property did not work so you have to walk all the way to the front lobby every time. There was no bag or valet staff and overall we were really disappointed. With so many options nearby I would not pick this place again."

"Location amongst a waterfront, shopping and short walk to the north end made this hotel. Starbucks and Dunken Donuts both nearby, lively Irish pub a block up with nightly music, close to public transportation options and ride app friendly pickup. Staff was very friendly and helpful, happy to answer questions and provided bottles of water on request after a lot of walking for the day. Room was comfortable, but the "Atrium View" in our room was a window to an internal vertical shaft around maybe 20' x 10' - no sunlight or view past brick or more windows... so gives a sort of closed in feel. No microwave, so tip to the next traveler - the front desk said they will heat food for you, so you have that option if you want to bring leftovers from one of the great restaurants there."
