「The place was delightful, well located and FUN!」

「Best choice in Boston! 」

「Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The only issue was that the fourth floor had a noticeable odor at times. It wasn’t unbearable, but since the windows could not be opened and there didn’t seem to be a proper fresh air ventilation system, the air circulation felt limited. Aside from that, I was very satisfied with everything else and still had a great overall experience.」

「Mirror TV is cool!」

「Strengths: Perfectly convenient location, with the subway stop literally at the front door and the Prudential shopping center right across the street. Staff service style ranges from politely friendly to quite casual. The Lobby Cafe provides complimentary coffee, bottled water, and packaged snacks, as part of the stay. Free newspaper and magazines to grab in the lobby. Heat/AC is actually manually adjustable. Lobby is nicely decorated and comfortable. WiFi works well. Beds and headboards...

After making a request at the front desk, only extra towels were provided. There are no kettle or cutlery in the room. They never replaced your used glasses with clean ones either. As we needed one more comforter, we made a request but they only managed to give us a thin blanket. Both my husband and I got a...

「I lived in Boston for 10 years before moving out of state. I visited for the weekend and BOY am I impressed! Everything was fantastic from start to finish! We had noisy neighbors our first night and talked to Shakira at the front desk. She was so sorry for our inconvenience and gave us free coupons for breakfast in their dining room! Despite the pool being out of service as well as one of the three elevators, it didn’t bother us at all because the staff was so kind and helpful. Thank you to...
