Room was great. Concierge was helpful.
The restaurant was disappointing (missed room service order, without attempt to rectify).
Flight landed around 2100, ordered room service around 2300. Waited 45 mins without delivery, called the restaurant only to be told that order wasn't processed and nothing could be done (not even a beer) because kitchen was closed.
A little disappointing considering Marriott is supposedly a premium brand.

Room was fine. Bed was very comfortable but front staff were very rude. The porter was not helpful. We had multiple suitcases and bags. Asked for a help. A porter came with no cart or anything to carry our stuff. My daughter wound up carrying the heavy duffel because he wasn’t able to handle. Too expensive to get that kind of service.

Perfectly located near food, drink and walking distance to Fenway Park. Hotel was clean and had a friendly staff. They accommodated an early check in. Rooms were clean.

All good until last night of trip when elevator started making horrible noise and staff rudely claimed they couldn't put us in a different room and refused to refund that one night. Instead they double charged us and we had to dispute the charges.
Shower was broken as well

Spacious rooms and well appointed decor. The hotel itself is well maintained and the staff is friendly and professional. The hotel restaurant (Yardhouse) offers a variety of items on the menu for a quick bite. Location wise, the hotel is walking distance to bus/ train stops and has plentiful options nearby for shopping and dining.

Marriott was within walking distance to the green line and orange line. Would highly recommend this hotel.
