At first impression, the hotel and staff were great. As the days went on, that changed. We later found out that we were supposed to be getting a daily $10 credit for on site food and beverage, that was never communicated to us. So we were not able to take advantage of it. Yes it did get credited to our room but still annoying. We asked for a late checkout and were told no problem only to later find out there was a $45 charge, again not communicated. When calling the front desk and asking for towels, water, toilet paper, etc, we were told no problem, it will be right up, only to never show up.
Overall I would say communication from the staff is awful and you’re made to feel like a bother by asking for things.
The room was clean and spacious.
I would stay again but expectations will be way lower.
