I and my husband came for the 128 Boston Marathon. My unit was in 41 St. Stephen Street. The location is very convenient with Symphony Station just round the corner. A short walk to Hynes Convention Centre and Marathon finish line. Whole Food Market is just 3 minutes walk and there are many nice restaurants around. Though in an old building, the unit appears recently renovated with marble kitchen table top, a big fridge, microwave, toaster and electric stove which is very efficient in cooking. The kitchenette is definitely a bonus for us since we can cook a lot of rice for carbo loading. The toilet is not big but enough for its purpose. Overall is very clean. There is no cleaning service in my 4 days stay but can ask for supplies of essentials like tissue paper, garbage bags, coffee, towel or bed sheets if needed. Please note the stove top is difficult to operate. You can ask the reception for a video which give clear steps to turn on the stove. The shower is also difficult to adjust the correct temperature, but after a few trials, problem was resolved. I like the efficient communication through WhatsApp and the response is usually within few minutes during operation hours (9 am - 9 pm). I arrived after 9 pm and I received very clear self checkin instructions. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Location was perfect - super close and walkable to everything, but just in the cut enough to feel like it's in a quieter, quainter neighborhood. It was quiet, felt super safe, building had great charm, and again, location was superb. Room is simple and clean and just fine for day breaks and a wonderful night's sleep. I would absolutely stay here again.

Super emplacement, bel endroit, mais bruyant L’emplacement est vraiment idéal et l’endroit est confortable et décoré avec bon goût. J’aurais donné 5 étoiles avec plaisir, mais malheureusement, j’ai eu des voisins très bruyants juste à côté. This is an apartment building converted into a Hotel/ Airbnb. This is my 1st time staying in a hotel like this and it's very affordable and I prefer it since I don't need anything except a place to crash and a quick cup of coffee since I'm constantly on the run.

We loved the experience of staying in a brownstone while in Boston, and this location can't be beat! The staff was so friendly and helpful, which made it a pleasure to stay here. I will say, the couch was loaded with old stains, the towels are teeny tiny, and the kitchen could use a very good detailing. I'd stay here again if I was looking for a residential experience.

This was in a great spot and the perfect space for our weekend in the city for a concert at Fenway! We loved being so close to the prudential center. The only down side is that there was a lot of noise from the hallway and not much of a sound barrier.

I am originally from Boston and was back for a week-long visit. We stayed in a studio with a king-sized bed, small kitchenette and sitting area. I was really impressed with the level of service here. The front desk was helpful and responsive -- both by phone and text. The room was clean, the furniture is comfortable and utilitarian, similar to a dorm room. The neighborhood is classic Back Bay, very walkable and safe with a lot of interesting things to do and the Prudential T stop about a block away. I had a car for part of my stay and was able to park right behind my building, which was really convenient. The only real downside was the bathroom, which was super small -- about on par with hotel bathrooms in midtown Manhattan. I'm not a big person and both of my elbows were bumping either the wall or the edge of the shower stall when I was brushing my teeth. But in the grand scheme of things, that's pretty minor. Staying in a brownstone means stairs/walking so be aware if anyone in your party has mobility challenges. Will definitely look to stay here again.
