It’s just that there’s no one at the front desk. It’s very inconvenient when we need some help and there’s no employee at the front desk to help. The room was okay but windows couldn’t open and it’s poor ventilation. But very quiet and safe. Coffee machine very not clean and bathroom are very small.

I and my husband came for the 128 Boston Marathon. My unit was in 41 St. Stephen Street. The location is very convenient with Symphony Station just round the corner. A short walk to Hynes Convention Centre and Marathon finish line. Whole Food Market is just 3 minutes walk and there are many nice restaurants around. Though in an old building, the unit appears recently renovated with marble kitchen table top, a big fridge, microwave, toaster and electric stove which is very efficient in cooking. The kitchenette is definitely a bonus for us since we can cook a lot of rice for carbo loading. The toilet is not big but enough for its purpose. Overall is very clean. There is no cleaning service in my 4 days stay but can ask for supplies of essentials like tissue paper, garbage bags, coffee, towel or bed sheets if needed. Please note the stove top is difficult to operate. You can ask the reception for a video which give clear steps to turn on the stove. The shower is also difficult to adjust the correct temperature, but after a few trials, problem was resolved. I like the efficient communication through WhatsApp and the response is usually within few minutes during operation hours (9 am - 9 pm). I arrived after 9 pm and I received very clear self checkin instructions. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The property is located in a beautiful part of Boston. It was very clean and we had all the amenities we required. The staff looked after us very well. We were travelling from Scotland to Boston to participate in the Boston Marathon and the property was perfectly located. We had 6 wonderful days in this property and I will definitely book it again the next time we return.

Appartement (studio) très bien situé dans un quartier calme et bien équipé (mini-four, microonde, réfrigérateur, plaque de cuisson, machine à café avec dosettes). Très propre. Personnel très serviable. Possibilité de laisser ses valises lors du check-in out. Proche des stations de métro et de bus.

Our room was perfect for our needs and short stay. Comfortable, clean, in a great neighborhood near the Prudential T station, and a beautiful greenway for walking distances away from traffic. Plus. we found a great breakfast spot a few minutes’ walk away. Totally worth staying here, tucked away and still in the midst of everything.

It was a nice property overall, but I must point out a few items that might be of interest to others. I was disappointed to learn that the actual property I would be staying in was 0.4 miles away, in a completely different building than the one whose charming facade was pictured in the advertisement. It was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which became tiresome during the 10 days I was there, especially if I had to return for something. The room was nice but the walls were very thin - I was woken up once by revelers on the street below and heard almost every word of the next door neighbor's conversation. And when anyone clonked up and down the stairs, the sound (and conversation) was particularly intrusive (I wish guests would be asked not to converse in the hallway). I had some difficulty getting the fan to provide white noise. I had no room service for my 10 days in the property; this wasn't an issue for me (I didn't actually ask for room service) but it might be for others. Although I booked the room through Expedia, I received an email 2 days before arriving that I had to pay in full 24 hours before arriving because of the Boston Marathon which I did, but could have potentially lost the booking had I not checked my email. The television had way too many channels. Sorry for the complaints.
