Location location location is the word for realestate. The Sheraton has the right location. Convenient to the highways, shopping, restaurants and sports arenas. Portions of the hotel are being renovated but the available rooms are not bothered by the activity.

Had a lovely stay. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and the facilities were kept clean. Only complaint is one evening we got in late and the television didnt seem to connect late at night for some reason. Also, the hot water at the sink made the water cloudy...

I'd Stay Here Again!

The staff was amazing, and the food in the restaurant was really good; however, during our stay, one elevator was out of order while a dance competition was taking place, causing a slight inconvenience and the hallways were a little cold. I should mention that the hotel is connected to another hotel that also has an elevator that could be used. Overall the hotel is very spacious and well decorated with tons of parking. I'd definitely stay here again.

No more indoor pool

The room was huge and great for our family with two tweens. We were disappointed that there is no longer an indoor pool, that was part of the reason we booked this hotel. The television is outdated so there was no options for streaming or casting which also disappointed the kids. The location is great to get to the mall and a quick ride into Boston.
