"This boutique hotel in the heartnof the nicest area of downtown Boston was the most unexpectedly pleasant travel find! Its easy to rave about its warm ambiance, attentive and joyful Front Desk staff, fantastic room! with a beautiful red brick wall, functional and architecturally interestingnwall unit & shelves, perfectly appointed bath (with the SMARTEST space saving decor I've seen) and - wait for it - spa shower with floor to ceiling tile and hot, hot steamy water. This hotel room was so spot-on, I was sad to be there only 1 night. The hallways could use a bit of love, but do not let that deter you. This spectacular find is soooo worth booking! The location is perfect! Sandwiched between Newbury Street and Copley Plaza - I enjoyed both immensely but could not wait to get back to my little jewel. Thank you, Charlesmark. I will be back!"

"Mostly a pleasant stay. Lots to see but unfortunately they checked us out early. I didn't get to pack up my food from the fridge They threw out 2 canned cocktails,a Guinness and pork pate. We should have had hour to relax and finish packing but instead scared a cleaning women and felt under pressure to leave. Not a great end to an otherwise good stay"
