"My wife and I just spent two (2) days and nights at the Hotel Eliot in Boston. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is definitely one of Boston’s “best kept secrets.” It is a hotel that exudes class and service. Our suite was luxurious, well-appointed and large. The staff are totally professional, courteous and helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location on the corner of Commonwealth Avenue and Massachusetts Avenue. Great shopping, restaurants and sites — including Kenmore Square, Fenway...

"The hotel is pretty clean, the staff had no comprehension on how to handle a booking from Expedia, I was overcharged by double and having to dispute it. Overall the room was nice, it’s a very clean old style boutique hotel. Our TV did not work at all and they refused to look at it. So I’d give it 0 stars for amenities especially at the price we paid. "
