「Our valeted car was scratched when it was returned, but the valet manager didn’t want to admit it, and the hotel manager never showed up and never responded the email. No one cares in the hotel unless charging USD55 valet fee.」

「The worst hotel I ever stayed, the door was damaged. I have to kick to open in the room, have no bottled water. I have to go down to reception to pick it up and there’s no glass in the room only two paper cups in the whole room. Can I get the coffee for room service, after all the coffee machine is broke and the leak water.」

「Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive」
