「非常好的精品酒店！海港城不二的选择！」

「A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.」

「The Bostonian has one of the best hotel locations in the city, particularly its proximity to the Italian North End. You can walk to Hanover Street in 5 minutes - and very safely in my experience - to enjoy all the delights of Daily Catch, Mike's Pastry and other amazing eateries. The rooms are a bit 'tired" although very clean and the shower in my bathroom was gorgeous. Staff are super friendly and helpful. 」

「整体感觉可以，唯一遗憾的是深夜发生消防警报，从28楼步行楼梯到7楼后，被告知警报解除，可以回到房间。7楼没有电梯，走到3楼后才能回到28楼房间，整晚无眠。」

「A great place to stay while in Boston, the hotel itself offers free breakfast which includes full breakfast and delicious meals in their French style restaurant, a lovely lobby to hangout and all day coffee/hot tea which becomes a great plus for the winter time in Boston. The front desk staff is all very friendly and helpful. The parking on site is 30 USD per night with in/out which is a wonderful deal comparing with other hotels in town charge you 50-60 USD per night. The room itself is very...

「今次旅遊主要是參加波士頓馬拉松，酒店距離bag drop 大約步行5分鐘已經可以。落機去到酒店已是半夜12點幾，接待處職員非常有禮貌，而且好helpful，唯美中不足原來房間冇電熱水壺，職員亦都很樂意幫助給我熱水壺。直至第二日再找其他職員協助搵熱水，其中較高層人士見到我企在大堂內等候主動協助，除咗一兩個較為junior Staff前枱職員冇禮貌外，整體酒店員工服務態度良好。相信可能是溝通技巧需要學習。 如果參加馬拉松可以考慮這間酒店，因為確實就近Bag drop及乘座黃巴士處。」
