"Very disappointed in the aesthetics of the room in the artist tower. It felt awful waking up in the morning and looking at a concrete ceiling that looked unfinished. And also the corner pillars that were concrete and unfinished.There was no luggage rack to put your suitcase on and no closets. It felt like you were in an unfinished room. Most hotels allow you to use their steam & sauna rooms without an extra charge. The staff was very courteous and excellent, and the cleanliness of the place was good.
You should warn people before they book of the unfinished look of the room.
I never would have book there. Our older children booked though you but we're in the other tower and their room were nice ."
