"The room was nice, clean and spacious. There were no explanations about how the phone or TV screen worked, and it was needed. The phone did not work right and was not fixed despite my reporting it. There was no paper provided to make any notes or anything else. There was a master electric switch but no explanation so I had to ask in order to get things to work which I thought did not work. They seemed surprised at my need to inquire about all these things. The restaurant was nice. The car charge in the garage would have been nice if they didn't charge four times the usual fee for charges, which was a disgusting thing to do."

"We wanted a nice hotel within walking distance of the Back Bay Boston Amtrak station. We got a great price from Hotels.com. The Charlesmark Hotel fit the bill. We really enjoyed walking around the Back Bay Area - we saw the Public Garden, the Charles River and we loved the 20% discount we got from the Landwer Cafe, though there are other great restaurants nearby."

"Wonderful little apartment in cute, safe and very walkable area. Great communications and easy Check in. The rooms were spotless and bed was comfortable. Recommend! "

"No slippers, vanity kit, shower cap provided. The day after check-in when I complained at the check-in desk, I was informed that slippers were provided only upon request which was never mentioned at the time of original check-in. Hallway noises were easily heard inside my hotel room. Improved sound insulation through the door would be helpful."
