「Nice resort. Felt a little to young, not a lot of activities but very nice staff and stay!!」

「My wife and I stayed for 4 nights without 3 year old daughter and had an amazing time. The whole property is absolutely spotless and the staff and service was fantastic. The room at Jungala was beautiful and the ability to shut off the living room as a child’s bedroom was great. We loved riding the golf carts through the jungle to each of the pools and amenities. 「Checked in and went to the beach. A friend that was staying at a near by hotel came by to visit. Was immediately confronted by security and escorted to the front desk because she did not have an armband. Paid an additional $60 per night for her to visit!! The next night I was questioned by hotel staff because they assumed that I wasn’t a guest because I had a different colored armband but it was the armband given to my by the front desk. GET IT TOGETHER!!」

「The staff were generally friendly, but there weren’t enough of them. Many times, stations were understaffed or not staffed at all. The pools were not very clean and were too warm for my taste, although my son didn’t mind. The beach is beautiful and spacious. We visited during seaweed season, which was disappointing. They do try to clean it, but it’s a Sisyphean task—it’s very hard to keep up. The food was very mediocre, including at the Italian restaurant. The Mexican restaurant was better, but...
