「The staff and location were excellent. From the concierge, Jacqueline, and the rest of the staff the service was top-notch. The restaurant was excellent, and the deck had gorgeous view. I would recommend to anybody wanting to stay at a beautiful location.」

「We had an amazing stay at Orchid House. Staff were super accommodating and always helpful. Being the low season we were one of the few guests there and honestly I can’t understand why more people weren’t there. Despite the seaweed we had a great time, instead of the ocean we visited cenotes and the pools at the sister properties. Absolutely perfect stay! 」
