「The beach water is brown. Not much the hotel can do about this, but it is not the blue water everyone is coming to Mexico to see. Sand fleas are legit here as well. It is almost impossible to get dinner reservations whether you are diamond club or not. When you cannot enjoy the beach as expected things like dinner reservation's needs to be operating at 100%. The spa experience was exceptional.」

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「We had a great time and would definitely go again. The rooms were large and clean. House keeping came everyday and did a great job, our fridge was well stocked and we would leave and drink requests on a note with a tip for when they restocked daily. All the staff were very nice throughout the resort. The buffet's were good and had a wide variety, and the restaurants were all very good. The beach is Rocky but as long as you bring water shoes you'll be fine, it was worth it for the snorkeling. 」
