「Me encantó el hotel, aparte de que sus instalaciones son preciosas, el servicio fue de lujo, desde nuestra llegada la atención fue increíble, nos ayudaron con una propuesta de matrimonio y wow toda la logística. Solo hubo el detallito que algunos huéspedes no respetaron la hora de salida de la alberca y ahí fue la pedida de mano. Sin duda regresaré pronto! La ubicación también está ideal porque tienes playa y la 5a avenida y las tiendas están muy accesible caminando.」

「Great hotel. My room was actually at the Lula property next door. It was a great deal for a jungle room across the street. Nice room with great details. I used La Zebra amenities. The food was pretty good but expensive. Comfortable covered lounges on the beach. I would stay again. 」

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
