"We enjoyed our stay here, rooms were clean and well maintained. Our Expedia booking gave use a personal concierge, Adan he was exceptional from dinner reservations, and advice about local excursions, and things to do. The property had a kids club, a separate teenagers club. All the staff from bartenders, servers, and housekeeping made sure our stay was wonderful. Would recommend this property for families with kids. Food buffet had many options, and most of the food was catered towards American cusine. "

"It was a very big surprise we didn’t expected this Hotel to be so beautiful we have been traveling to Mexico for over 20 years now and our favorite chain of hotels was Iberostar and Riu but this Hotel is way nicer and the food is way better then the other places Another surprise was that we got a free up grade from Expedia to the Family Section and is definitely worth the up grade Thank You Expedia and Thank You Grand Palladium we will be coming back 100%"

"The property was beautiful! Abundant wildlife, it was amusing to watch the monkeys on the trails, trees and balconies 🤗 the pools were big enough for all of the guests remember to put your towels down early if you want a chair! Same with the beach. There is a lot of walking Moses was great he picked us up a few times in a cart. The pillows were not comfortable! The cots are more comfortable than the pull out couch. The food was what you would expect at an all inclusive plentiful and fresh but my granddaughter said bland. Xcaret was great we got the unlimited pass and went to the park all but one day."

"The pool is amazing! Top notch hotel. Enrique, buffet waiter, is the best. The only downfall to this hotel is reservations to restaurants. You can only make one reservation per day and most reservations are already full. We could only get reservations at restaurants at the end of our stay because every other day was full. "

"In comparison to other AI resorts we’ve experienced better. Not much for teenagers to do in the evening. Restaurants were OK. Wish they would take reservations. Seems like that would be a better way to do. The rooms are small but clean. Best experience was over on the heaven side, but need to be 18+ to be over there. Security was very strict about wristbands where it was almost strange. Making you show or scan a wristband for no apparent reason. Most of the staff was fantastic. Also found it odd they charged for so many of the activities like bowling, laser tag, etc. other resorts have been to all of that is part of it."
