2/10 Terrible

"I had higher expectations of this hotel but it let me down. The food was horrible, no elevator, the room had a bad smell. No servers take drinks to you at the pool area. In general I don’t recommend this hotel. Terrible place to stay!!!"

"Just back from a week all inclusive and this hotel is fab. It caters for all ages (adults only of course) so it can be as lively or quiet as you want. The place is spotless and well maintained. The entertainment team are absolutely brilliant day and night which was the biggest highlight for us. The hotel is not too far from the shopping mall if you want to venture out for a wander about. Restaurants within are great - menus are scaled down but it works. Our room was an Oceanview corner suite on the 12th floor. It was fab and the view was just awesome. My only gripe being on the 12th floor is the lifts are a bit slow. I’d have no hesitations about going back to this hotel"

"The experience at the RIU Ventura in Cancun was amazing! The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff was always very cordial, nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious, the oceantfont view was beautiful. The food was delicious. Definitely I recommend this place a 100%"

"Definitely the best adult only destination, amazing staff best food, super clean, very friendly. The only thing I will do music in the party no later than 1 AM because it gets super loud and cannot sleep. Other than that. "I had an amazing time at this resort with my friends and my man! We enjoyed delicious food, sipped margaritas all day and night, danced at the day pool parties, and had a blast at the nightclub. There was never a dull moment, and the atmosphere was fun and lively from start to finish. What I enjoyed most, though, was the rain shower in our room. It was incredibly relaxing and the perfect way to unwind after a day of partying and soaking up the resort experience. I would definitely come back for another unforgettable getaway!"
