I was upgraded to the Mirage. Everything was great and the property was beautiful. Only reason I don’t give it a 5 is that we had an issue with the ac in the room and shower handle fell off. Also had very little assistance from the butler

Rooms were clean, but the smoke smell after day two started to become overwhelming when all of your clothes start smelling like a cigarette if you don’t smoke. Nice restaurants though.

This is such a beautiful hotel. Stay here if you want a nice hotel in the FQ. No cockroaches and great rooms. The pool on the rooftop is amazing. Comfortable bed and pillows. I love this place

Hotel is nice,but the rooms had no hand towels or wash rags and not all the restaurants are open everyday so very few choices to eat and its to far away from everything to walk to another restaurant and also there are tons of people constantly trying to solicit you to do a timeshare tour and last ...
