「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「The pool is amazing! Top notch hotel. Enrique, buffet waiter, is the best. The only downfall to this hotel is reservations to restaurants. You can only make one reservation per day and most reservations are already full. We could only get reservations at restaurants at the end of our stay because every other day was full. 」

「Beach is not the best, but everything else is superb! Somewhat overpriced. Staff could do better at communicating with restaurants,」

「Terrific stay. The staff is numerous and welcoming, ready to help you with anything you need. Just decline the timeshare presentation offer and not your stay. Excellent food, perfect facilities....we couldn't even hear the construction next door. Will stay here next year. 」
