「Breakfast was continental. Could order protein from the menu, which we did a couple times. We also had dinner one night and everyone’s meals were fantastic. An extra shout out of thanks to the front desk for assisting in finding us an “extra” private room to destress. And another shout out to all the staff, from security to cleaning. You made a beautiful stay spectacular. THANKS」

「We loved our stay here. The accommodations, grounds and staff were great, and the private beach was amazing. Because the shoreline faces south, we enjoyed watching spectacular sunsets from the beach every evening. That orientation also seems to protect the beach from being overwhelmed with seaweed, which can be a problem elsewhere. 「Was very upset because it said no pets yet so many dogs woke me up barking. I had to bye my own toilet paper and had to wash towels because they had no extras. And before check out my door code was no longer working. I got wet trying to walk to my room from the sprinkler in mid afternoon.」

「This condo resort is an an excellent location in Playa del Carmen - right on the beach, beautiful pool and within walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms are well appointed and any issues we had were very quickly addressed by the concierge. Highly recommend this lovely spot!」

「The condo unit was great. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and it was fabulous to have so much space as a family and 2 bathrooms, which was gret with our teenage daughter! The location was perfect - a very short walk to Quinta Avenida, the main shopping, restaurant and nightlife street and yet it was perfectly quiet at night once we closed the balcony doors. 「J’ai séjourné dans cet établissement pendant 4 nuits. Dans l’ensemble, mon expérience a été correcte. Le lit était confortable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour agréable sur ce point, on avait accès à un atv payant aussi ce qui était plus facile pour nos déplacements. Cependant, j’ai été déçue par l’état des toilettes. Il y avait des odeurs de canalisation assez fortes et persistantes, ce qui était vraiment dérangeant au quotidien. Malheureusement, malgré notre signalement, l’hôtel n’a pas fait...
