"Room was a disaster. Drains in room did not work called for service everyday I was there. The drain in sink was fixed day 3 along with the shower handheld component. However, shower drain never was fixed and we had a flood in the room that reached out to the beds. My kids were showering and didn’t realize that it was overflowing on the fourth day. We called to complain someone came out and tested and said it was fine. I was told it was fixed so the fifth day they didn’t pay attention to it assuming it was fixed. Well, it certainly was not and just a bad flood all over again. The hotel did not want to compensate us in any way. "

"My wife, kids, and I just got back from a weeks saty at Kantenah Family Selection. This was our first time at this resort. Our expectations were far exceeded. The property is beaautiful and so well kept up. The staff is always working hard to keep this place beautiful. I would have to say the best part of our trip was the excellent service. The staff was so kind and accomodating. They really go out of thier way to make your stay memorable. We plan to come back as soon as we can."

"The property was beautiful! Abundant wildlife, it was amusing to watch the monkeys on the trails, trees and balconies 🤗 the pools were big enough for all of the guests remember to put your towels down early if you want a chair! Same with the beach. There is a lot of walking Moses was great he picked us up a few times in a cart. The pillows were not comfortable! The cots are more comfortable than the pull out couch. The food was what you would expect at an all inclusive plentiful and fresh but my granddaughter said bland. Xcaret was great we got the unlimited pass and went to the park all but one day."

"The pool is amazing! Top notch hotel. Enrique, buffet waiter, is the best. The only downfall to this hotel is reservations to restaurants. You can only make one reservation per day and most reservations are already full. We could only get reservations at restaurants at the end of our stay because every other day was full. "

"This is an incredible property. We were able to enjoy the fun adventures at the parks as well as the hotel. Although expensive, if you and your family are adventure enthusiasts, it’s a good deal. "
