"Amazing resort with lots of choices of pools, bars, restaurants, locations to hang out or be active. Staff are incredibly responsive and kinds. Only problem was limited selection of wines or champagne or Prosecco. Great if you like lots of mixed drinks but not so much if wine is your preferred drink. "

"Resort was excellent as was the staff. A few area's of the resort could use some updates but nowhere near outdated. Only real thing we found that needs improvement was the dining reservations. "

"It took forever to check in. We stood in line for almost 30 minutes because there were only two staff at the counter and long lines of people. The website says airport transportation included however, if you are traveling out of terminal one, you have to walk all the way. American Airlines is about a 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile away and they expect you to walk."

The food was exceptional across every restaurant – such variety and consistently high quality. The staff truly made the experience though – warm, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make our stay special. The entertainment was fantastic, with something happening every evening that kept the atmosphere lively but still relaxed. During the day, the pool scene was perfect – great energy without ever feeling overcrowded, and the service there was spot on. Having direct access to both the stunning beach and beautiful pools made it so easy to switch between total relaxation and a bit of fun. An unforgettable trip from start to finish – already dreaming of going back!"
