「I don't have any complaints or issues. The grounds are gorgeous. The tropical ambience is truly the real thing. Swimming pool. Restaurant and bar on the grounds! Even massages are offered. 「This property is amazing! The grounds are absolutely immaculate and stunningly beautiful! The rooms are gorgeous, food at the restaurant was excellent, the staff were all amazing. The property is vast with so many areas to explore, so much history, a fascinating museum. The pool area is beautiful. There was even a great air conditioned pool table room. We loved everything about this place and will definitely return! 」

「Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cabin was very clean and cute. Lazy river short course but very nice. The Place has a good size pool. Restaurant’s dinner food a bit pricey but was delicious. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a fun and safe place to enjoy as tour guides are present in the Cenote, lazy river all the time. Thanks to everyone in San Ignacio. 」
