「We arrived pretty late due to traveling. We checked in around 8pm and all easy. Room was very clean and spacious. We did not have any wifi access and the code behind the door didn't work. The nespresso machine didn't work. And my husband is a BIG fan of hammocks and there was only 1 hook! So totally useless. And to top it off, the rooms don't have some sort of sound proof and you can hear the TV and chatter from the other rooms. We liked the terrace and wish we could have stayed longer....

「Muy buena ubicación, tradición e historia. TIenen toque de queda de 00:00 a 06:00 hrs. La ambientación del lugar habla de pasados tiempos de gloria, pero hay detalles que podrían aportar a la experiencia en pequeña y gran escala: botella de agua, citronella para los mosquitos hasta elevador o escalera eléctrica aunque los bell boys son muy amables, no así los recepcionistas, los dos que me tocaron con una expresión seria y distante, cero calidez. Exelente lugar para buenas fotos. 」

「Wonderful experience!! Can’t say enough good things about the staff! The rooms could use some updating, but the staff totally made up for it, Guillermo, in particular. I had the misfortune of breaking my leg near the end of our trip, and not only did Guillermo actually help my husband carry me to our room, but the staff brought us some crutches, a shower seat, and a cooler full of ice. Later, my husband went down and ordered our dinner from the kitchen, and they offered to bring it to our room....
