The hotel is good on: Size of the room, clean, good pool, parking area and access. Could be better: There is no restaurant, there is no snack machine, there is no ice machine, there is no food available at all and worse there is no frigobar … it means you need to go out for simple things to eat and very difficult to keep the food inside of your room, unless you go out to buy ice. Is ok for a short stay but with family could be difficult for 2 days or more. They charge the additional person but they don’t provide more towels neither more toilet paper.

We stayed there for 2 nights. facility is ok considering the price. room is spacious, no refrig. What I cannot accept is the poor customer service. The room we had facing the street it's noisy at night, not only due to traffic, but worst was the 1st night (Saturday) there was very loud music heard at midnight 3-4am. I did not have a good sleep. Asked reception to change a room, but was refused. We need to borrow a blower, and was requested to put ID in front desk as deposit before we return the blower - seriously?? You can easily verify we are the guest! we also experienced two times power shut down in our short stay, though recovered pretty quick. The 2nd power shutdown when it happened we were in the elevator it suddenly stopped, very scary. We ringed the alarm and then power came back and it resumed. I talked to the receptionist that there was power shut down while we were in the elevator, no apologies, no explaination. It was bad experience overall. Will never come back

Brand new hotel. Very clean. Huge room with a smart tv. Only issue is that there isn’t much to do in the vicinity. You can walk to the centre of town but takes about 30 minutes. Ubers are pretty plentiful and cheap. If you are going to Chechen itza make sure and book an early morning trip to beat the crowds. It gets absolutely bonkers at about 10 or 11 when the hordes arrive from the coastal resorts. If you get there at 8 when it opens you have place almost to yourself for a couple hours. Cooler too.
