The pool area and the pool bar are great with a good selection of drinks. The restaurant is pretty good too. Moderate to high prices, but the taste and quality of the food is above average. Rooms have been remodeled but not improved. If you are facing the lagoon, you will on the highway side, which is super loud at night time. Expend extra to face the sea and get minimal noise during night time hours.
Infinity pool has great views of the sea and is heated.

Everything was clean. Food was amazing. Staff was very friendly restaurant always tidy. Even though when you book it says all inclusive, only the beach and the pool is all inclusive when you go to the swim up bar or any other bar you still have to pay and it is also the same for the restaurant you have to pay for what you’re ordering you can pay in pesos or you can pay with a debit or credit card.

The location and the pool of this hotel is great. The issue is the place needs maintenance. PAINT!! RUST ON LIGHT FIXTURES, DIRTY AND STAINED FURNITURE. The woman at the front desk in the morning needs to be trained on how to speak with customers. The young gentleman in the evening was GREAT! Staff at the restaurant was hospitable but SLOW. We had to wait over 15 minutes for our check. This happened twice. The gift shop woman was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Salimos de manera anticipada ya que el hotel no es como en las fotos, no ha recibido mantenimiento en años, muebles sucios que da asco sentarse, los muebles del balcón rotos, puertas maltratadas, la fachada deplorable, todo muy viejo. El balcón olía a marihuana porque estaban fumando en alguno de los cuartos de alrededor. Ni el hotel ni Expedía se hacen responsables del reembolso. Total decepción!!! Además de que es incumplimiento de lo contratado nadie se hace responsable. Voy a ir a PROFECO

The pool side seating were comfortable. The staff were nice and friendly. The spa and mass was great. I paied for the breakfast before our trip, it was very reasonable however they only served us the same foods every day, if there would be an option to pick your breakfast among different choices with higher price, I’ll prefer to do it. The room was clean, all the sheets, towels however for 2 nights our next door room remained empty so we constantly smell sewage and humidity from our bathroom which we closed the bathroom door and we solve the issue. Generally it was ok for rate of 7.8 out of 10 scores. It was very budget friendly.

It was okay as per the price. I asked for maintainance the first day couple of times because the water was dropping from the bathroom celing and noone follows up and the issue was not resolved.The pool was good. The AC stays in 20 degree and you cannot adjust the temperature.There was maintenance going on we were distributed for almost 2 days .Needs maintenance all round the resort. Overall it was okay.

The showerhead needs replacement. I don’t know if they know, but they need to get up-to-date with the showerhead. It was terrible Nothing was included in this package. I didn’t realize that until I got there that was an oversight of my part but I know now I could’ve went to a cheaper resort with all inclusive.
