「Property is very well kept, authentic decor vs modern which was very nice. Staff and service was excellent, food was great, not 10/10 as some is hit or miss, but many choices. I would say only thing lacking is more music by pool daily & entertainment in the evenings. If you perfer relaxing this resort is 10/10.」

「It’s a nice hotel if you want to relax and not do much. My only complaint was with this being my second solo all inclusive trip. I absolutely hate that they give you a tab after EVERY thing. I do not want to have to sign and tip after every drink or food I get. Definitely won’t stay again, that made the whole experience not enjoyable.」

「It’s a spectacular family friendly hotel in the heart of Tulum. Tulum doesn’t have big all inclusive resorts so the little extras at La Zebra make it special. A terrific restaurant over looking the water, a basic mini golf course on the roof kept my son entertained, a small pool to refresh in and multiple beach side bars with great waiter service made relaxing at the beach the best.
