They could clean the room more efficiently the staff was exquisite. Breakfast could have more options. Lunch can have more options. Dinner can have also more options as well. Well put together restaurant just a little bit more seasoning and the food but overall, I still give tens across the board 1000%. And if the Jacuzzi tub closer was not working, don’t advertise it as if it is when it wasn’t to stop up the tub in order to use the tub overall I really enjoyed my stay. I did not wanna leave.

Overall, the property was good, and the rooms surrounded by the jungle were amazing. I did notice a few things that could be improved. In the restroom, there were small insects that looked like roaches hiding between the tiles. There were also many mosquitoes and other insects around the paths to the rooms, and we were bitten by something other than mosquitoes. I understand that insects are part of the local environment, but better pest control and attention to the walkways would make getting to the rooms more comfortable. The food was okay, but the buffet options were limited and seemed to repeat in different locations each day. Only a few dishes had much flavor. Also, only one pool was open during our stay because the other was under construction. I’d be interested in returning once the second pool is repaired and giving the property another try.
