「It was so ridiculous, when you ask for a cup of ice at the bar, and they tell you, is not free . They dont have ice station at the hotel. Also, as guest of the hotel they dont provide a bottle of water either, this is miserable 」

「Hemos tenido una estancia súper agradable, es un departamento hermoso con dos habitaciones y excelente ubicación además Andy quien está en recepción siempre estuvo atento a todo lo que necesitábamos, amable con una sonrisa siempre, Leonora es una señora que siempre te abre la puerta al entrar o salir y súper agradable, atenta y sonriente y la señorita Ilse que también está en recepción igual de amable. Hicieron que disfrutáramos mucho el alojamiento muchas gracias!!!!」

「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」
