"The property is on Calle Relox which close to Cathedrals, restaurants, art galleries, shopping...the location is definitely 👍. In the apartments itself we enjoyed the open layout and traditional interior design and color. Having the patio right outside was also nice. The hosts responded quickly when I reached out. The only minor drawback was the dogs and roosters in the morning but you'll get that un most places in SM. "

"Nice Apartament, fresh no A/C but not even the ceiling fans were needed. A little complicated to get the code for the key box and the door, maybe also can fix the phone number posted for the host. Nearby tons of artisans markets and nice and reasonable restaurants, safe neighborhood and many small markets for cooking essentials drinks and munchies"

"Communication was great with the owners/managers. Olga was exceptionally helpful. Our room, however, was not pleasant. No hot water in the kitchen. No hot water in the bathroom sink plus faucet handle fell off. No shower curtain until we asked for it. Broken toilet roll holder. Handwritten notes asking for maid tip (no service ever) and also to take care of trash (no bags provided), Mop bucket left in room with mop in it. My sister got locked in her room as the door lock jammed. Freezing room....

"This apartment is in a great location with easy access to the central area, grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment is nicely furnished with Mexican artwork on display, comfy bed, cozy blankets, clean towels etc. The kitchen is decently equipped, and came with coffee, sugar, tea provided. A nice touch. The best feature is the terraza: private, spacious and awesome views. We spent a lot of time out there. The cleaning staff are very thorough. We appreciated having a safe for passports...

"The actual facility is so much worse than the pictures. Not clean, cheap air spray refresher that can cause allergy. Hot water runs only 2 mins, then you have to wait 10 mins to have another 2 mins hot water. The rooms are cold. Terrible experience. The location is very confused and very difficult to find. No sign or anything, the entry door is very old. Charge hotel price, higher than other apartment in the area. Listed 2 bathrooms for my executive apt, but had only 1 tiny bathroom."
