"The number one thing that stood out to my Wife and I was the customer service. The staff was actually happy to have us and you could feel it. The food and drinks were good too. The scenery/ aesthetics was absolutely beautiful which prompted us to do a great photo shoot with Enersto and was so good!! The photos turned out amazing!! Thank you to Isabella (Front desk), Juan (Bailsman), Erick (Spanish class), Benito (drink waiter on the beach). And of the housekeepers and plenty of other nice staff that we didn't quite catch your name but we felt your positive energy. The beach was beautiful and not much seaweed at all and they cleaned it daily! This was a Valentine trip for my Wife and I and you all exceeded our expectations. Gracias!! "

"An amazing stay! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking about visiting Riviera Maya. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they can’t do enough for you and want you to be happy. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms, plenty of towels and mini bar stocked daily. The grounds of this are super special with a host of wildlife living on the premises. This makes for a truly unique experience, you never know what you will see next. Food is good, a wide selection of restaurants and buffets. This was our third time at this resort and we will surely be back!"

"Check-in Process: Before arriving at the hotel, I pre-requested specific pillows, a private room, and a room with a good view through the butler, and they accommodated everything exactly as requested. Upon arrival, the butler kindly consulted with me, and all communication was possible via WhatsApp. They handled all restaurant reservations and activity management. From before arriving at the hotel until the moment we left, they fulfilled every single guest request without missing anything — it was truly the best service I've ever received. Room Environment: The cleanliness and facilities were excellent. There was no humidity, and everything needed in the room was provided. Additionally, before check-in, they perfectly removed any musty damp smell that might have been in the room by using the scent I requested, and they kept a diffuser running to maintain a pleasant fragrance throughout the stay. Even during the twice-daily cleaning, everything was kept very clean. In terms of cleanliness, it was the cleanest state I've seen compared to any 5-star hotel. Facilities & Restaurants There were plenty of places in the lobby to enjoy billiards and games, and the distance to the bars and restaurants wasn't far, which was great. Especially, having a jacuzzi here was a big plus — on chilly days (it was very cold during my visit), I could warm up my body, unlike other hotels.
