「I do not regret booking my stay at this hotel! It was beautiful, the staff was amazing, very polite and caring , they really know how to take care of their guests. Breakfast was so delicious and they had so many options! Their private beach access was perfect! As well and the bar outside, especially the staff member out there named Darwin, he was a very kind and respectful man.This place is definitely a 10/10 recommendation!」

「The food at the buffet where you eat for breakfast and lunch was bland and subpar. The restaurants were good though especially the French, the steakhouse and the tepoanyaki grill. They had a show every night at their theater which we enjoyed. Overall, the hotel was impressive, clean and service was excellent. They will try to lure you to buy vacation packages for their hotel by offering free spas. If you like the experience, go purchase them otherwise, don’t even attend the “ seminar “ for it....

「Trip was relaxing! Having a private pool was great. Food at the restaurants tasted good. The water pressure in the shower felt amazing. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially our concierge, Melissa.The complimentary airport transfers were convenient. Only negative was there were two short episodes of blackouts. This place is best for relaxation but not if you want a lot of things to do.」

「For those looking for accommodations that are not a big, all inclusive resort, Hacienda Morelos is an amazing option!! The hotel staff were all very friendly and check in was easy. After settling in to our room, we headed out for dinner and some basic groceries. Upon returning to the hotel for the night we had a few issues with the room. I talked to Dori at the front desk about those issues and she quickly trouble shooted and moved us to a new room. Given we now had more stuff than we started...
