「The staff was friendly. The lobby bartenders were great. The rooms were spacious and clean. The gym was decent size, and appropriate for the number of rooms. The hotel was in a great location! You could walk to the beach or to 5th avenue where many of the restaurants are. You could also walk to the ferry terminal to go to Cozumel. For the price paid, the property had great value and we would definitely visit again. The property isn't all inclusive for everyone and you have to opt in to a certain...

「Have stayed at La Casona Real several times for SCUBA diving trips to Cozumel. The property is ideal for travelers that spend the majority of their time out doing activities during the day and enjoying the local restaurants in the evening. Ideally located and within walking distance of the Ferry Terminal and the majority of San Miguel 👌」

Only thing I’d change is I miss how the wait staff ito come down to the pool and service they don’t do that anymore and there’s not enough chairs and tables at the pool anymore but hopefully they’ll fix that. It looks like they’re working on things. Still very charming the Dive Shop is first class. Just needs a little bit of attention to the details. Hopefully when they’re done with the construction, it’ll all come together again.」
