「In general, the hotel is clean and employees make sure you are enjoying your stay. Rooms are ok. Nothing out of this world. Everything is thinking for the best experience of kids, and obviously that's the reason we chose this hotel. However, food was simply ok. Not to the level of hotel it promotes or the money you pay. 「The out door pool was amazing ! The bar by the pool and the staff were very friendly and all of the staff were always friendly and helpful . The Palms restaurant and Italian restaurants were our favorite. Unfortunately there were only four restaurants for families and one was only open for breakfast and lunch. One is a buffet that was just okay. The other restaurents in the other resorts are adult only - which one can understand.」

「I have had serval dissatisfaction and disappointment events from staff to service , Expedia says that there’s room service but there is a cut off time which is not mentioned, I didn’t get the bedroom selected on my reservation and many others, However it’s always best for each to have their own experience.」

The service and staff were amazing, especially Mauricio at the front desk. Our concierge was lovely also. 「I had a wonderful stay at the Riviera Maya EDITION at Kanai. The property is absolutely stunning, with beautiful modern design, luxurious rooms. Every area of the hotel is spotless, making it a truly relaxing place to unwind. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. The only downside was the lack of entertainment. 「The hotel is oké. It is not very good but it is not bad at all. It has a convenient location. No need to worry about sound nuisance because you do hear some music from a nearby bar but it was definitely not bothering us. The hotel is nearby the town center and all the restaurants. Nearby the beach and it has a lovely pool on the rooftop. The pool needs some maintenance and the glass panels need some cleaning.
