No complaints with our stay for 2 weeks. The room fit our needs with a wonderful view of the water. The pool deck area is comfortable with lots of options for lounging around the pool. It has an upscale feel to the whole pool area. The wait staff bringing beverages and food (tasty - although more expensive than in San Miguel, but fair for the poolside experience) are attentive and friendly. Snorkeling at the hotel is terrific … almost as good as the snorkeling tour we did. I think it is worth mentioning too that we had no issues with sea grass here given the location of the hotel doesn’t appear to see this issue like other parts of the island and the mainland. Special mention goes to David and Marco who are super helpful in the lobby with local knowledge of tours, food, shopping and general ideas for exploring the island. It is possible to walk into San Miguel (3 kms) and taxis are always easy to catch at the hotel and in town. Back for a day to Canadian snow and ice … missing Cozumel and the Hotel B Unique hospitality.

Good size room, clean and modern with a great view of the ocean. 5 min taxi down to the town. Snorkelling and diving gear available from the hotel. The biggest gripe was the very Americanised approach to tipping. Staff seemed to expect a 15% tip minimum for doing the bare minimum, despite service always being slow. Even for the included breakfast, they made a point every day of telling you that the tip is not included. Breakfasts were disappointing, fruit was always just melon and papaya, never a variety. Eggs were always cold, even though they cook them to order? We never tipped at breakfast, and it felt evident that we were treated differently to people who did. I.e. we were often forgotten about, and didn't always receive things like toast or (watered down) juice which was supposed to be included. Unfortunately, I wouldn't actively recommend this hotel.

This little property is so nice. Service was outstanding and the location is awesome. Sitting right in the Caribbean Sea. You can jump off the rock right into the water. Rooms are nice and very clean. The only drawback is the breakfast buffet is marginal.

Not one comfortable chair anywhere on the property. Especially in our room. No English channels or subtitles on the tv. Terrible techno music playing the same thing all day long. We actually had to leave the property to get away from the music.

Great view and shaded balcony. Everything was great and deserved 5 stars until the day before last when our room lock no longer locked the room. Terrible feeling to have our room open while we were out. We wasted hours while they tried to repair but couldn’t. We are still waiting for a credit for one night on my credit card. Furthermore they did not give the $40 food/drinks credit promised when we booked. Will keep you posted if they make it right.

Camera con vista mare incredibile. Pulizia ottima. Staff impeccabile, Marco ci ha aiutati in tutto ciò che ci serviva. Ristorante ottimo, si mangia molto molto bene. The hotel is really nice. The rooms are great and the food is also great. The free breakfast is not as great as the menu of the other meals. Pool area is really nice. It’s a bit outside town and costs you 150 pesos to go the 3 min drive. Town is dead once the cruise ships leaves in late afternoon and early evening
