「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「Para empezar no deberían tener publicado el hotel que se encuentra en la playa si no está en servicio. Llegué y nos dijeron que que tenía una semana cerrado. Yo la reservación la hice 4 días antes a si que pudieron haber avisado a Expedia. Ya que yo quería un hotel con habitacion al mar. Me dieron una mejor suite en la quinta avenida llegué muy noche y ya no podía hacer nada. El servicio de atención es regular creo que les faltan un poco de amabilidad, solo la gente de limpieza es muy amable. El...

「Great Location, just about two minutes walk from the Quinto Av. There is secure underground parking for your vehicle. Staff is friendly. Better job can be done by housekeeping. The room we stayed had someone’s hair scrunchie with hair out in the open. Not a good impression for hygiene.」
