「The staff was so kind and helpful. Lupita at the front desk sent a special gift to the room because we were celebrating my daughter’s college graduation. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and neat. Hotel was very well maintained and the grounds were beautiful. Pools were a little warm but still relaxing. Overall, it was a great stay.」

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「The hotel was absolutely beautiful and we had an amazing stay! Everything about the property was gorgeous and we really enjoyed our time there. The pool area was nice, but could have used a little extra attention when it came to cleanliness. The only other thing we would have liked to see was room service without an additional fee. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend the hotel!」

「Staff are friendly, the place is in a convenient location, the roof top is gorgeous, but over all it is Mexico and I would say that the cleanliness is tolerable but we had bug problems, but got moved, then we had wifi issues, tv issues, and then we had toilet problems and that didn’t get resolved, we had a plugged toilet for 2 days and then checked out. It’s Mexico. You have to be prepared for that so over all I had no problem with this place. It had a great coworker spot for me to work in...
