"Excellent stay the room was left at the right temperature and comfortable, very clean and bed super comfy. Pool and Spa were amazing so clean and relaxing. "This was a beautiful property, as centrally located as I could possibly imagine, with an excellent and kind staff. Marie Elyse was so kind at check-in to surprise us with an upgrade to a better room that had become available for the night. Amazing! You are 100 meters away from the Duomo and from the Galleria Vittoria Emanuele, as well as tons of other shopping and dining options. Really amazing hotel, would definitely recommend it and will stay here again if ever in Milan."

"This property has so much potential for being incredible, however… it’s just really good. The bellmen were outstanding!!! Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. Unfortunately, for us, it rained our whole stay so the rooftop bar wasn’t open. I really wanted to experience that. The bar downstairs, was incredibly beautiful, but unbelievably empty on a Saturday night! I couldn’t for the life of me figure out why. My room was massive! My girlfriend, &. I both showered at the same time in different showers! Which is probably great, if you wait until the last min to get ready in the morning, and are running behind. lol The room also had a Suna, or steam room in it! My room seriously needed to be updated! However, my Tv was huge, & my bed was incredibly soft, & comfortable! The front desk had the kitchen prepare my girlfriend, & I 2 box breakfasts to go! We had breakfast included, but we had to be at the meeting point for our tour to Portofino at 7am the same time breakfast opens at the hotel. Had a great stay at the Westin, just wish my room was updated! "

" Being as you asked about the view, it was of an inner courtyard full of HVAC equipment! Not awe inspiring. During check in, I requested the booking of transport to the airport on the Monday morning and was assured it was looked after. When the airline advised us to be at the airport 4 hours before flight time, I went to the desk the next morning to change the pick up time and found that the transport had not been booked!! Cleanliness was top notch, breakfast was excellent, and the staff friendly and courteous. The hotel is located close to the main train station on a quiet street. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, and walking to view many of the sights of Rome is easy."

"The property was clean and convenient, and the staff was competent. There was a very minor "hiccup" in that 1:30 pm was given to me (by Expedia/hotel?) as the time when one could get into the room. When there, I was told it was the more typical 2:00 pm, but we couldn't get in until 3:00 pm (due to earlier guests leaving late, maybe.) "
