「I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children. My wife was 12 weeks pregnant, and we were traveling with our 2-year-old son. The air conditioning in our room was not working, making the room unbearably hot. Despite repeatedly asking for help, the hotel failed to provide a timely solution and kept us waiting in the lobby until around 10:00 PM with our exhausted toddler.
