「What a beautiful hotel! Fantastic location in the Piazza Navona - central to everything. Located in a former palace - and it feels like it. Beautiful, spacious room and bathroom. Luxurious without being pretentious. Delicious full buffet breakfast every day. Very helpful, friendly staff who were eager to please -- arranged for taxis, happily answered questions about the city, etc. A bonus -- a lovely courtyard as an outdoor option for sitting and relaxing after a long day of walking. My only recommendation is they need more signs for the hotel. For someone that was trying to find it for the first time, it was easy to miss. But Great place. 」

「First impression upon arrival wasn't a good one. The address given was an old wooden door which was locked. Finally noticed the small call button. We heard the door unlock and walked into an unkept and somewhat dirty foyer. The host came down the stairs and explained the rooms were on the second floor of the old building. And there wasn't an elevator. We had lots of really heavy bags and wasn't thrilled with the idea of lugging them up all those stairs. I wasn't very happy at that point....
