「The first day when we arrived after 13 hours flight in the very early morning , we understand we can only check in after 2pm, we would like to get changes for the day by using the hotel's dressing room, after we opened our luggage and getting change half way, we have been told that to close up all our luggage immediately and 2 of us only able to use the dressing room by 5mins.

「We went to celebrate our 25th anniversary in Rome. From the moment we walked into the lobby until the goodbye a week later we had the best experience. The front staff, the breakfast waiters, the amenities including but not limited to the room, the restaurant area, and the rooftop bar, were outstanding. And the location cannot be beaten. A few minutes walk to any of the attractions like Trevi Fountain or Spanish Steps, and tons of choices of restaurants in the neighboring streets. It's a 100%...
「The room we got was huge, bigger than what we expected, and just what we needed. Incredibly convenient and well-situated for walking around Rome. You can see Trevi Fountain from the balcony. The front desk was friendly, very helpful, and accommodating. The only downsides are that the building is a little tricky to access (not surprising given its location), and the street below our room was pretty lively with folks until late. We would absolutely stay here again.」

The hotel is new and right in the heart of city center with walking distance to scenic locations and in a quiet and safe environment. The nearby restaurant is delicious and offers a discount if you stay in the hotel. Highly recommended.」
"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "
