「This hotel was fabulous! The staff were kind and always friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Nicoletta at the front desk made check in after 16 hours of travelling actually enjoyable. They were kind enough to have our room ready early to accommodate our special needs son. The rooms were large and comfortable. Special shoutout to the cleaning staff who worked around our chaotic schedule with our jet-lagged kiddos. The location was stellar. Close enough to walk to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and...

「The first day when we arrived after 13 hours flight in the very early morning , we understand we can only check in after 2pm, we would like to get changes for the day by using the hotel's dressing room, after we opened our luggage and getting change half way, we have been told that to close up all our luggage immediately and 2 of us only able to use the dressing room by 5mins. Under happy experience of this stay, but good location.」
