Staff was amazing towards myself and wife. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. The room was very clean and spacious, the amenities (pool, gym, massage rooms) all were clean and updated and compared to all the food we ate in Italy we loved the breakfasts here at this hotel! All the staff from front desk, massage therapist, door guys and the general manager they were all friendly and personable! Great experience overall!

I have stayed in quite a few hotels and when I say this hotel exceeds every expectation. They go above and beyond in their attentiveness and hospitality. From the moment you step in our friendly doorman was greeting us to the hotel staff available for what we needed. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. We appreciate you taking care of us. Thank you for making this trip so special.
