Some of the rooms are dispersed in clusters around the gardens. Some have access to rooftop terraces. Extremely polite, helpful and courteous staff. "The Hoxton was nice. The only issue we had was that our room had a sewage smell. After the third day I told the staff. They sent someone and tried to say the bathroom needed to be cleaned. Being in construction I knew this was not a cleaning issue. They told me they would move us but could only do it during the mid day hours. This didn't work for us. We just had to deal with it for the next three. I would think they resolved the issue when we left."
