Having to pay to use the gym no iron or microwave available they have a steamer if you have it more than 1 hour there’s a fee for that. Elevators where down Breakfast was very sub par and expensive for what we received.

We arrived at the hotel, but they told us to come the next day because there were no rooms. When we complained, the manager came out and gave us a room that was smaller than the room we booked. We did not receive VIP access.

The hotel is overall good. There was good amount of noise from the adjacent room whole night. The floor plan of the rooms is not good. It was difficult to find the lift, room, etc.
