「Very good location. The worker always smile. The room is tiny and no place for luggage. You have to put luggage to under the bed in order to go to bathroom. I have stay there 4 days and two days without towel when I back around 7 PM. They took the used towel and didn’t give me new one. There noway to contact anybody work there. No phone and email. 」

「The room was well located with the metro only a short walk away. The local restaurant's were great. The host was a good communicator. Not his fault but the room was not cleaned ahead of our arrival. It’s really set up like a hotel room which is fine.」

「Under the bathroom sink was rubble for work down ( plaster) that i cleaned. The pullout couch sheets were not clean. it took forever to get a brown to clean the room. we were rationed toilette paper, i bought my own and were advised that we would have one set pf towels for a week stay. Thankfully the cleaning lady gave us extra towels,. the front desk was very short and seemed bothered when we asked for direction ( this was our first trip to Rome, Italy and we were celebrating my daughters...

「Instructions for entry were very clear. Any questions I had or answered promptly. Room was clean and had air conditioning. Very well located to the terminal, abundance of restaurants and walkable to the Trevi fountain.」
